Information about shipping and delivery times
The average delivery time for goods in stock are around 3 to 5 working days from the date of payment. Stab at one of our products is not in stock and must be ordered delivery times may lengthen from 10 to 20 working days.
We recommend before making any purchase, contact our customer service to inquire about stock availability. Any emergencies should be directly requested by the customer to mail or fax according to the possibilities and agreed from time to time.
For shipments within and outside Europe, please call or send an e-mail and we would be pleased to inform you about the schedule and submit our best offer.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00. All deliveries are made on the ground floor. For special needs and unloading of cargo particularly heavy, we recommend that you book a truck with tail lift, at our customer service. At a cost of about 60.00 euros.
In no event Fumisteriaonline.it can be held responsible for delay of delivery by the courier.
Upon delivery the customer is required to inspect:
- The number of packages is as specified in the DDT
- The packaging is not damaged or wet.
Any damage must be immediately reported to the carrier, always add the frase "Retreat with reserve" (Ritiro con Riserva) on the shipping slipp (shipping receipt), and press releases at: email@example.com
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at the time of purchase and are added to the total according to the selected region.
NB: In case of orders to be delivered abroad, the customer will have to contact Fumisteriaonline.it for the dettails and the shipping costs. Contatc us writing an e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Attention: for abroad shipping, warranty is limited on most of our products, wanranty will cover the broken parts for 24 months but will not cover sending the tecnician to replace the parts at your home, please contact email@example.com for any further detail regarding warranties.
