Replacing delivered item that does not work (DOA)
The procedure DOA (Dead On Arrival) can be activated when the component purchased is not already running from first use.
This warranty can be exercised within a period that varies according to each item; The attivazionedel service may be effected by contacting our Customer Service.
Once activated, the FumisteriaOnline.it Customer Service will propose to the customer, based on the availability of Article DOA at that time, replace the component failure or the issuance of a credit note with contextual bank transfer to the customer's checking account.
The amount of any credit note, and the transfer will be calculated taking into account any discounts and promotions offered on the purchase invoice.
The faulty item will be shipped by courier SDA Express or the Italian Post Office at the Customer Service will advise you. The transport costs will be borne by Fumisteria Online.it
The goods must be returned DOA object using a rigid box that contains the original packaging; which must be absolutely:
* Devoid of any written or tear;
* Complete with all the accompanying materials;
* Full internal protections to preserve its good condition during transport.
